Directions:

Ingredients:
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Distilled Water, Vegtable Glycerin, *Fractionated Coconut Oil, **Olivem 300, *Ylang Ylang, *Lavender, *Eucalyptus, *Sweet Orange and *Vetiver Essential Oils. 
*Organic Ingredients 
**ECOCERT/COSMOS Certified and Approved emulsifier derived from Olive Oil. 
 
Directions:
Spray 5 times on the bottom of each foot before going to bed. Please be aware it can have a slippery feel, so put on socks if you are not going to bed right away.
 
You can also spray on sore and weak muscles for a nerve like tonic effect. 
 
DO NOT SPRAY ON FACE! I know it smells divine but it's not meant to be a facial spray.
